Sunflower Resort & Villas
Sterling & York, Ltd. initiated this transaction, assisted in negotiations, and acted as a financing consultant in the request of this existing resort and villa complex. They desired to go from a 2 Star resort to a 3 Star resort, by the purchase of the remaining villas and additional land, the construction of new villas, and a new beach with waterfront dining facility, all done in a dramatic Jamaican flair
We were able to bring various debt and equity investors and financial resources to the table, in their search for construction and permanent first mortgage financing in the sum of $19,500,000.
