Hedonism III

Hedonism III is a Super-Inclusive entertainment facility that provides an enticing menu of hedonistic amenities & services to suit everyone's guilty pleasures.
Sterling & York, Ltd. was asked to assist and facilitate the financing of a 75 room addition to the Hedonism III project, a 225 room all inclusive resort that opened for operation in September, 1999. In addition, our assistance was sought in the refinancing of some of their existing loans on the present resort. The total assistance we provided in financing and refinancing effort was $33,000,000.
