Over the years, Sterling & York, Ltd. has been requested to assist individual hotel owners, groups of hotel owners, and various chains of hotels within the Wyndham family of hotels in raising various amounts of funding, and other assistance. These requests have ranged from $2,000,000 to over $50,000,000. We have been able to bring a number of individual investors, as well as financial institutions to the table to assist in these efforts.
